ORDER & SHIPPING STATUS
Due to the status and response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we (like many other businesses) are doing the best we can to keep up with demand. We are currently at full staff (and seeking more help) but stock is a limiting factor that has continued into 2021 (Updated 05.14.21)
CURRENT STATUS (Updated 05/14/21)
We are currently running 6-8 weeks behind orders that have available inventory with some* minor exceptions.
Please expect a longer than usual turnaround window for new orders being placed.
We primarily ship to the continental US. That said, we do have a few customers in Canada and the United Kingdom. We're always happy to look and see if we can help.
We charge actual shipping costs, which generally range from 10-22% of your order cost. If you're ordering large displays, please note that shipping costs will be higher.
We do not profit from shipping costs, we pass the best rate we can get from our freight carrier on to you.
We have a $400 minimum order for all Freight Shipments. Shipments that can be send via UPS Ground can be sent after a $250 order is met in most cases.
We are happy to help with any damaged items or items that seem to have a manufacturer defect.
For other situations, discretion will be required. Please give us a call with any questions. Most orders are considered non-refundable once shipped.
